Terms and Conditions – ak l Betting & Casino Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and ak l ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at akl.vin. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you before registering.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be registering as an individual — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You may not use the platform on behalf of another person.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or platform-imposed exclusion at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To use the platform's full services — including deposits, betting, casino play and withdrawals — you must register an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. You are required to provide your real name, date of birth, valid contact details and a password. You must not register under a false identity or use another person's information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Payments

All transactions on ak l are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. You may only deposit using a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly under standard conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. ak l does not apply its own transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may charge standard fees as per their own published rates — this is outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed according to your VIP tier. All withdrawals are sent to verified payment methods only. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing schedule may vary and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of requesting. ak l reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Deposits and withdrawals are in PKR — no currency conversion is applied by ak l.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance may be queued for processing once maintenance is complete.
• Funds deposited in error (wrong account, duplicate transfer) must be reported to support immediately.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements), minimum odds restrictions and time limits. Bonuses are credited to your account balance as bonus funds. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. Bets placed on certain game types or at odds below a specified threshold may not count toward the wagering requirement — this is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

• You may only claim each bonus offer once unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• ak l reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If a bonus is claimed in breach of the applicable terms, ak l may void the bonus and any winnings associated with it.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless the relevant promotion terms state otherwise.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The ak l sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments), football, esports and a wide range of other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook. It is your responsibility to read the applicable rules for the sport and market you are betting on before placing your stake.

Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where the Cash Out function is available and the user voluntarily elects to settle early. The Cash Out value displayed is the amount you will receive if you choose to exercise that option — it is calculated in real time and may change rapidly during live events.

• ak l reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (manifest error rule).
• Bets on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a slight delay — the odds at acceptance are final.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, voided or rescheduled, the applicable sport-specific rules determine how bets are settled.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the same rules as single bets on each leg; if one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

7. Casino and Games Rules

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent limits is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions through matched betting across accounts, arbitrage schemes or systematic exploitation of bonus terms is prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style formats to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an account is prohibited and will be reported.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, exploits or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback on a deposit while retaining winnings generated from that deposit is considered fraudulent behaviour.
• Abusive communication: Directing abusive, threatening or harassing language toward support staff or other users is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ak l reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity fraud, underage use or any other conduct contrary to the fair and legal operation of the platform. Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

On voluntary account closure, any outstanding verified balance in PKR will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered are forfeited on account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability
